m3ta-chiron 31d47b00e5 feat: add ansible to base cli-tools 
Adds ansible + ansible-lint as an always-on base module so it is
available in both identities (private/work) and all contexts.
Disable per host via base.cliTools.ansible.enable = false.

m3ta-chiron 7febc62f50 refactor: resolve nushell secrets path dynamically via config.home.username 
Replace hardcoded 'm3tam3re-secrets' with '${config.home.username}-secrets'
so the agenix secret file resolves automatically for any user
(m3tam3re, sascha.koenig, bob, etc.).
