fix(hyprland): float+pin vibetyper Recording Indicator

Since vibetyper 1.5.x the indicator is a small bottom-center panel, not a fullscreen overlay. Without an explicit float rule dwindle tiles it and clips the panel to tile size (magic formatter preview, language confirm etc. appeared cut off).
