I've tried all of this too many times. Setting goals, planning, etc ... I kept falling back into old patterns. They were never complete failures, but I've never managed to make permanent changes in everything I've set out to achieve.

I'm not even sure if what I've worked out for this week of vacation is really worth it. Access to my own desires and feelings are still difficult.
