- Add individual modules for: bat, carapace, direnv, eza, fzf, lf, nitch,
  television, zellij, zellij-ps, zoxide
- Centralize in home/base/cli-tools/ with default.nix aggregator
- Simplify home/base/packages by removing extracted tools
